Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your luggage in its original box, ensuring all tags, protective covers, and warranty cards are included inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
